The resort is located at the end of the Pitztal valley in Tyrol, Austria. Situated in the direct area of the ski lift and ski slopes. Just a 400 meter walk or glide to the Gletscher Express Mountain Lift.

In Austria, winter tires are mandatory from the 1st of November to the 15th of April. The presence of a set of snow chains is also mandatory.

Das Chaletdorf - Pitztal is open during:

A stay with us is possible from a minimum of 4 nights.

Apartments // A short stay of 2 or 3 nights is possible, however only bookable max. 2 months before arrival and with a surcharge of 10%.
Chalets // A short stay of 3 nights is possible, however only bookable max. 2 months before arrival and with a surcharge of 10%.

Please note that for certain periods you can only book our chalets and apartments in blocks:

• Minimum stay of 7 nights with arrival on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
• Minimum stay of 5 nights with daily arrival.

Terms & Conditions

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we ask you to take the following times for check-in and check-out into account:

Check-in: between 16.00 - 20.00 hours at the day of arrival
Check-out: between 08.00 - 10.00 hours on the day of departure

Running a little later that expected? Just let us know. After prior agreement (by telephone), you can still check in up to 22.00 hours at the latest. Check-in is no longer possible after 22.00 hours.

Reception opening hours
Daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM and from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

During the daily opening hours of the reception, our bar is open for drinks.

Yes, of course you can relax in our wellness, use the fitness and pool.
The swimming pool is open daily from 10am to 9pm. The saunas are open from 4pm to 9pm.

Our resort, all chalets, apartments, the restaurant and other in- and outdoor areas (including the balconies and terraces) are non-smoking (this also applies to e-cigarettes and possible variants).

For the smokers among our guests, we have a place available at the main entrance of the resort. It is only allowed to smoke there.

Dogs are welcome on request and subject to availability. Three of our Mountain Chalets are reserved for dogs and their owners. The occupancy per chalet is limited to one dog. Surcharge per dog €20.00 per day (without food).

It is not possible to stay with a dog in the other chalets and in our apartments.

Note: Dogs are not allowed to sleep in the bedrooms or on the sofa. Dogs must not be left unattended in the chalet.

Children are more than welcome!

Please note that our surroundings demand a good physical condition. That is why we recommend a minimum age for children of 7 years. For this reason, our resort doesn’t offer special facilities for young children (babies/toddlers).

Of course we are more than happy to provide a baby cot with mattress and/or a high chair for free. We offer these based on availability and on request. We kindly ask you to take care of the bed linen and blanket yourselves.

An extra bed is not available. The total number and type of beds is described in the description of the type of apartment or chalet.
Chalets & Apartments

We deliver the daily breakfast basket around 8 o'clock in the morning at your front door of the chalet or apartment. Just enjoy your breakfast with family and friends in your own chalet or apartment. Finished with breakfast? Put the basket outside your front door and we pick it up. Easy as that!

You can choose between:

Breakfast basket - Pure
This basket contains the basics for breakfast: bread, butter, juice, cheese, cured meats/charcuterie, marmalade, yoghurt and muesli.

Breakfast basket - Xtra
This basket contains all you need for a good start of the day: bread, butter, juice, cheese, cured meats/charcuterie, marmalade, yoghurt, muesli, hazelnut cocoa spread, honey, fruits, eggs, milk, coffee, tea and sugar.

Yes, we do! We offer a morning bread delivery service. The bread rolls can be ordered daily (till 18.00 hours) and will be delivered to your chalet or apartment door the next morning by 08.00 hours at the latest.

We do not offer half board: Flexibility and freedom of choice are important to our concept.

You can book your stay with us on the basis of accommodation or with one of our breakfast baskets that we deliver daily to the front door of your apartment or chalet. All our chalets and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, Krups Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster) and more than enough crockery, glasses and cutlery.

The resort also has the WNDRLX Bistro & Bar, a small shop and the option of take-away. The offer and opening hours can change during the seasons, view all the information here:

All our chalets and apartments are equipped with a KRUPS Nespresso Essenza Mini Coffee Machine (suitable capsules i.e. Nespresso, Dallmayr, Illy, StarBucks, etc.) and a French Press Coffee maker.

In our WNDRLX Shop we sell coffee capsules from Dallmayr and ground espresso coffee from Segafredo.

All our chalets and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, Krups Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster) and more than enough crockery, glasses and cutlery.

Nevertheless, it is always possible to enjoy the fireplace in the WNDRLX Bistro during the opening hours.

Nevertheless, all of our guests can unwind and relax in our wellness area with a Finnish sauna, steam bath and infrared sauna in the main building of the resort.

It is not allowed to grill and/or barbecue on the resort for safety reasons by yourselves.

The resort has its own outdoor parking space and a parking garage.

You have one free parking space per chalet/apartment at the resort. This parking space is assigned to you, we will inform you in advance by email.

We have plenty of parking spaces for all our guests near the resort. If you are traveling with several cars, it is of course possible to first unload the luggage from the car at the resort and then park in the parking lot of the Gletscher Express. This is 2 minutes away by car and a 250 meter walk from the resort.

In the low seasons it is usually possible to use an extra parking space at the resort, however this is always based on request and availability.

We kindly ask you not to park in the street, this is not allowed.

The height is 2.30 meters.

At the valley station Gletscherexpress of the Pitztaler Gletscherbahnen (only 300 meters from our resort) there are four charging points for electric cars available to guests. The electricity for the charging station is generated in Austria's highest photovoltaic power plant directly on the glacier.

Would you like to use a washing machine and/or dryer during your stay? That is possible!

As an extra service there are washing machines and dryers at your disposal for washing your clothes. Just let us know, so we can show you the laundry room and hand over the detergent and a drying rack.

We do not offer a shuttle service ourselves, but many of our guests have had good experiences with Four Seasons Travel: https://www.tirol-taxi.at/en-home

In our WNDRLX Shop we always have a small, but delicious range of (homemade) products available.

Our Bistro is closed in summer and autumn. During the daily opening hours of the reception, the bar and terrace are open for a drink. For example, choose a delicious refreshing drink from our special summer menu.

In winter during our special opening hours (see opening hours) we have a daily changing menu and you always can sit back and relax in our WNDRLX Bistro. Open from Wednesday to Friday from 18.00 to 20.00 hours. A reservation is required, we have 40 places available per evening.

During the daily opening hours of the reception, the bar is open for drinks.

And if you would like to go out for dinner, we will be happy to give you tips for restaurants nearby. A reservation is highly recommended.

We kindly ask you to make a down payment consisting of 30% of the total booking fee, transferred to our bank account within 7 days after your reservation. Once this has been received, your booking will be finalized. The remaining sum will be paid on site at check-out.

The local tourist tax is €2.00 per day per person (age 15 years and older) and is not included in our prices. We calculate this afterwards, based on the age of the guests. We kindly ask you to pay this at check-out.

During the winter season (from 01.11.204 to 30.04.2025) the local tourist tax is € 3,- per day per person (age 15 years and older).

As of 01.05.2025 (year-round) the local tourist tax is € 4,- per day per person (age 15 years and older).
